Vandermill's Cyser—82% cider and 18% honey—is fermented in steel, then aged for two years in oak. Unlike barrel aged beer, it's still clean and refreshing, but with a shroud of tannins and a super dry finish. Really cool stuff.
Visiting the mothership. Have always loved Totally Roasted, but all of the Vandermill ciders are brilliantly balanced and creative. I tried 12. ¯\_(ツ)_/
