Veggie Mango Spring Rolls.
These are so hard to wrap!!!! Ah! But otherwise simple to make!
1. Slice up mango and watermelon radish. Set aside.
2. Cut into matchsticks: green pepper, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage. Mix together.
3. Sprinkle in fresh cilantro and mint.
4. Season with black pepper, garlic, himalayan pink salt, and what other spices you like!
5. Layer mango, radish, and other veggie mixture on wet rice paper wrap. Fold it up. You're done! Let it dry first before eating.
