Just a few clips from our ab/leg day 😅😅 there were a few more exercises I didn't record (squats, lunges, leg extensions, kickbacks) but this was the gist of it. .
Today I had one of the best workouts I've had in a while. Whether it was due to a new gym, new pre workout, or just all of the positive changes I've made lately, I do not know. But I'm thankful for my gym partner @calllmejess_ and for all the other people in my life that push me to be better everyday. ❤️ .
