Remember Caramel Apple Pops? This super juicy and sweet Kenyan coffee reminds us of those. Kiandu AB was grown in Nyeri and is a lovely first offering from one of our favorite growing regions. Link in profile.

Come in for an Elm affogato featuring @frankieandjos Brown Sugar Vanilla. Made from cashews, coconut and vanilla bean. Limited supply, get it while you can!

Introducing El Pilar Xenacoj, our first Guatemalan coffee of the summer. It's an instant classic: crisp orange acidity and rich honeycomb sweetness. It's grown at nearly 2000 meters above sea level, grown in excellent soil that requires little fertilizer, and dried on raised beds (which results in a more uniform drying out of the coffee, which makes the flavor better, longer.) @finca_el_pilar

We serve our filter coffee and tea in these beautiful Yumiko Iihoshi porcelain cup-and-saucer sets. These "spring mint green" sets are handmade in Japan. Limited quantities available for purchase at the café.

It's the details that matter: we flash brew all our iced coffee in an ice bath for efficient cooling and proper strength and extraction. The result is a clean and sweet brew that isn't watered-down or weak.

Summer's almost here and our fresh crop African coffees are starting to arrive. The first is Ethiopia Duromina grown in Jimma. It tastes of sweet ripe peach with a jasmine flower aroma. Get it while you can! Link in profile.
