After a whole day of organizing and cleaning our tiny apartment, we headed to Carkeek Park (somehow my first time ever!) for some fresh air. The fog never lifted today, providing a beautiful backdrop - I just love the movement in this photo.
The unbelievably talented @schedlerphoto just sent over the rest of our wedding photos and I am losing. my. mind. over them! Erin, these are unreal! Also, @herbanbloom, look at that bouquet! You guys are true artists! ✨
Random, rare product love post! I’ve been eyeing @everlane’s Day Gloves for a verrrry long time. Finally decided to go for it and couldn’t be more stoked on these babies! I sprinted for the bus in the rain yesterday and took them for a walk in a rocky garden, and they were totally unfazed. 🙌🏻
Somehow managed to score a great campsite at Deception Pass last-minute, so we spent the weekend exploring the area and eating really, really well given the luxury that is car camping. We took our food cues from @dawnkperry and the ridiculous BLTs from a recent #dinnerwithdawn “episode.” We piled thick slices of last-of-the-season heirloom tomatoes with bacon and crunchy lettuce on sourdough by the light of our headlamps and it was 🙌🏻. Also, @milkbarstore cookies imported from NYC and paired with rosé for the win.
Fall hiking is one of the things I look forward to most in the ebb and flow of a year. Yesterday’s 7.2 miles followed by coffee on our little @soto.outdoors stove was the most soul-recharging way to spend a day I can think of.
There is something really incredible about the first wedding you attend after your own. You appreciate all the time, energy and thought that has gone into every little detail more than ever before, and @etasha and Greg’s wedding was just the absolute loveliest on all fronts. I took about 300 photos that night, but here’s one of my very favorites of three beautiful friends at sunset in the wheat fields. 🌾
