Yesterday, I witnessed one of my best friends marry her soulmate. I started my Labor Day weekend in Miami, and got that "hurry ya ass up and get to Portland" text, lol. Through hell or high water, I wouldn't have missed this girl's big day for the world. Straight from the club to the airport, on an early cross country flight, to getting on and off a plane with a broken engine, to landing in Portland an hour late, rushing to the hotel to get ready, realizing I forgot my deodorant in MIA the moment I was walking out of the door to the wedding... Lawd tragic!! Yet still, I'd do it all over again. This is the first time in life I've ever cried at a wedding. Titi, to see you so happy, to see you loved so dearly by Jeremy, to see your family again after all these years, and to know no matter how long we go without talking, the second we link up it's like we've spent every day together. I'm so happy for you, proud of you, and thankful to God that He brought your Boaz to you at the perfect time in your life. Jeremy thank you for loving my best friend, I'll always appreciate you for making her the happiest I've ever seen. Love you both, and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.
PS: Yepp, my bestie rocked @begaiaa on her wedding day, and was EFFFFIN flawless!! #LoveAndHappySmiths
