I used to ignore people when they would tell me if I ate more I’d build a bum and stop doing cardio!! πŸ™ˆ
For me eating more and doing less cardio has been a challenge for a very long time. I find change difficult and especially change to exercise as recovery from an eating disorder can take longer than you expect! There is no quick fix
But I’ve cracked it and see changes like this is so much more motivating! Also get yourself @b_ndstore band and do glute activation exercises before your leg day workouts πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈyou’ll thank me later

-Just over one third of adults said they had ever felt anxious (34%) or depressed (35%) because of their body image.

18 to 23 and so much in regards to body confidence has happened! I’ve been from rock bottom, unhappy and unhealthy to now! Your never going to be fully content with your body but think of the impact a negative mindset could have on your children, friends and siblings !
