Hello everyone. Davide here. I apologize that I have been absent for quite some time. I also have some sad news...86'd is officially closed. Due to the declining health of family members over recent months and my own personal health issues, I made the difficult decision to close the doors to 86'd...I would love to thank my family for always believing in me and helping me pursue my dreams. I would also like to thank my staff, my guests, the residents and fellow business owners on Dundas West...I LOVE THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD...going to work every day was like being a part of an incredible family. There was never any competition, we were all part of the same team and always took care of each other... At the end of the day, beginning this endeavor and its closing was the most difficult decision/best I've ever made in my entire life and my heart is broken. However, there are things that you may lose in life that you can never get back. Family is most important and I am lucky to be a part of one who is so loving and supportive. I pursued my dream and it was an amazing rollercoaster. For now, so long...thank you all again. It's time for a much needed break and we will see what the next chapter holds.
