Blueberry & Honey Protein Pancakes 💪

1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 scoop OxyWhey Vanilla Ice Cream Lean Protein
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup coconut sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup honey
1️⃣ Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat well on high speed, for 2-3 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto skillet.
3️⃣ Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip carefully with a thin spatula and cook for 1 minute more.
4️⃣ Top with 1 teaspoon of honey and some blueberries.
