In celebration to hitting my goal weight today, I decided to eat out by myself for the first time in almost a month with my favorite pizza from @buccgram🍕

Down 0.9 lbs from a week ago (257.1-256.2) With this past weeks 2 splurge days I still averaged 2750
Calories per day, which I’m hoping puts my estimated TDEE at 3250 calories per day as of right now🤔

Current goals are 250 by late October which should be 🍰 , 242 by late Nov👀, and a 30 minute 5k by the end of November. I’m looking to run a sub 36 minute 5k this week and I’m averaging 3 - 5k runs a week in lieu of hitting 30🏃

Decided to have an impromptu refeed day since I’ve been on top of my caloric restrictions for weeks now. Sometimes you just gotta let loose to squash the cravings😁 Chili Colorado Burrito and a Giant Taco. Dessert will be a Sonic Cookie Dough Blast 🍦Macros unknown, calories probably around 4400🤘

This will be the last transformation I post until I crack 240. Biggest before/after difference to date. So crazy to look back on where I started and where I’m am. Reflecting all day on how long it’s been since I started and how much work I still have to get to my goal. So worth it 👍
