Getting the pump on before Tenerife next week!! After a back seasion @puregymofficial with @chlosfitnessjournalx primarily focussing on form. I always find if i try and lift too heavy on my back it takes a week to recover due to poor form. I have had to change my eating slightly because I am increasingly getting more and more bored of the regular meals. Chicken, mushroom and rice soup with wholemeal pitta bread for lunch.
