Did you know 6000kg of clothing is dumped into landfill every 10 minutes in Australia alone? Thats 30% of Australians throwing away unused and brand new clothing, like this thrifted jacket. That is more than twice the annual global average, at 27kgs per person per year. Do you know how many clothes you throw out a year?

Now making these recycled handcrafted notenooks available on

So recently I've tried to stop my complusive purchases and have been looking at facial towels for the longest time but since I didn't really need them I never bought them (huge achievement for me) and then when I went into the op shop I found these, they were completely new and only a couple of dollars! What's something you've been hesitant to buy because you don't really need it or haven't found the perfect second hand option?

@sustomi sent me these beeswax wraps and I've been using them non stop for the past couple weeks! These are definitely better and lighter than putting my snacks in a container that can't be compacted when the food is gone πŸ˜… I also use the larger ones to wrap banana bread which is super handy!

Since I don't normally wear perfume as it's quite overwhelming, I've found that tinned perfume is my best option πŸ˜…

A couple weeks ago this amazing company named Genecie sent me a wallet with a built in tote bag! Normally I have to carry around a backpack with me everywhere I go so this prevents me from carrying around a bag that I probably won't even use. So to thank you for all your support I'll be hosting a giveaway for one lucky follower!

I always need to carry around a lot of bits and bobs with me everywhere and they always end up at the bottom of my bag. A couple months ago I found this vintage looking tin that wont need cleaning and will probably last a couple more years at least.

Recently I've started carrying around an extra jar and stainless steel straw to uni just incase I want to get a coffee but I've found that it makes my bag unnecessarily heavy so I've been thinking of just taking water in the jar until I finish that. What zero waste essentials do you guys take around with you?

For months now I've been thinking about eco-friendly pads/diva cups. Though I completely understand that diva cups can be used indefinitely, I find it hard to adjust to the idea of actually using one, seeing as I've always used pads. Ive also heard about cotton pads that can be washed and reused. What do you guys use and was it hard to adjust to using a diva cup/moon cup?

Tomorrow is the first day of semester πŸ˜“ I went to market day last week and there was a ton of freebies sans the plastic and made entirely with cardboard and post consumer recycled plastic! Looks like I don't need to buy anymore stationary this semester πŸ˜…

My mum bought a little waffle pan the other day and this is how the first batch turned out πŸ˜… It cooks much faster than any waffle machine I've ever tried so less cooking time I guess 😁

Popcorn with Peri Peri salt is my new favourite snack 😍
