Trying out some new recipes at the moment. Tonight was lemon, garlic and black pepper chicken with rosemary sweet potatoes and tenderstem broccoli ๐Ÿ‹โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Back from my little break in Bali โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘™ Genuinely feeling excited to get back into my normal routine! Have my food prepped for the day and looking forward to a getting back into the gym this week!! No more daily beers, ice creams and Asian food ๐Ÿ˜‚

Enjoying a break in Bali at the moment (if you didn't already know ๐Ÿ˜‚) I get asked a lot about holidays and weekends away from my clients. My honest opinion personally is because my diet is so consistent the majority of the time, I feel the effects of a holiday straight away (eating out a lot and drinking cold beers everyday ๐Ÿ‘€) and I'm only here for one week! But everybody needs a break and you should definitely just enjoy without feeling guilty. I'm already looking forward to preparing and eating my own food again and getting back into the gym so a week off when I'm consistent all year round isn't going to make me feel bad about going off track for a small period of time. So I always say, as long as your being consistent on a day-to-day basis, don't feel guilty for having some time off every now and again and make sure your ready to smash it again once your break is over! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿข๐ŸŒดโค๏ธ

Whipped up these protein pancakes this morning! Great fuel for training ๐Ÿฅž๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผโค๏ธ made using @optimumnutrition chocolate whey and topped with @myproteinuk sugar free maple syrup ๐Ÿฅž

Alicia mentioned that she was actually really surprised of how much of a change she had already seen in just 6 weeks and admitted she didn't always stay on track. She told me she can't wait to continue with the plan and has learnt lots of new meals and found the food amazing, especially the different variety of lunches which she could take to work! Which is always good for me to hear! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I always pride my plans on promoting a new, healthy lifestyle which isn't a quick diet that leads you going back to old ways. It's always great satisfaction to hear that my clients genuinely enjoy the different variety of meals I provide and always want to continue with the plan!

Made a post workout with @gabriellefd ๐Ÿ‘ฏโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ we had chicken heck sausage from @heckfooduk (again) with basmati rice and a side of fajita veg ๐ŸŒญโค๏ธ

Beautiful day in NYC โ˜€๏ธโค๏ธ I headed over to @freshandconyc again for breakfast and built my own bagel. I had the wholemeal bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites, spinach, salsa, feta and avo! I also grabbed a king prawn salad for my flight back to Milan tonight which looks mega! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

When in Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโค๏ธ๐Ÿ• Italian food is my absolute favourite and the country itself is so beautiful!! Always happy to be here. The food obviously washed down with Aperol Spritz and Limoncello ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฅ‚

Made a quick lunch after the gym today. I cooked 2 chicken breast in the oven and shredded them once cooked. I then boiled 1/2 cup of pasta and 1/4 cup of frozen peas. Once cooked, I combined the chicken, peas, and pasta with 4 tsp of @jamieoliver red pesto with chilli and garlic and a handful of mushrooms. I topped the dish with some black pepper and small handful of mozzerella ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜›โค๏ธ

Lunch was chicken sausages from @heckfooduk with a side of broccoli, cottage cheese, avocado and homemade sweet potato fritters. I made them by grating a sweet potato, one onion and combing with one egg, paprika and salt and pepper. Fried in coconut oil and then left in the oven for around 10 minutes for some extra crisp. โค๏ธ

Amazing progress ๐Ÿ˜ป๐Ÿ”ฅ I've been working with this girl for around 3 months. She started on my 6 Week nutritional plan and has been so consistent ever since (whilst still enjoying a balanced lifestyle). She has lost over a stone and is looking incredible! โค๏ธ she told me she loved the variety of food provided and didn't even feel as if she was dieting. I don't like to promote a diet, it's all about focusing on a healthy lifestyle and being consistent with nutritional foods for the long term ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

You can never go wrong with scrambled eggs, spinach and some fresh bread โค๏ธ until you eat too many eggs and go off them for a few days ๐Ÿ‘€
