Make as much food as possible from scratch, choose organic, cut down on things that are bad for you, such as refined sugar and salt. Scones with peanut butter & apple, and mashed blueberries & banana for breakfast! ๐Ÿ˜ and berry smoothie. Recipe: 100ml oats, 50ml buckwheat flour, 50ml hemp protein powder, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp cinnamon and cloves, 50ml flaxseeds/sunflower seeds, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2tbsp apple sauce, 50ml oat milk, handful of apple cubes. Turn oven to 250C. Mix dry ingredients, then add the rest. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 10mins. It's not about excluding foods that you love from your diet, but to make healthier alternatives! Carrot protein pancakes. My pancakes always look like crap, but I don't eat with my eyes so that's fine. ๐Ÿ˜Š I don't really measure, but guessing (for 10 small): 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1-2 tbsp buckwheat flour (can be excluded), 1 grated carrot, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, a splash of almond milk. Blend everything together, but add the carrot at the end. Fry on medium heat.
