and dessert was this raw, vegan, strawberry cheesecake!
its all natural and delicious! some people say that raw desserts are too high in fat and calories, and I'll admit I used to be so scared of eating too many calories, but you can't live your life in fear of being fat because u had ALL NATURAL food that was a little higher in calories than usual. this slice of cheesecake has almost 400 calories and I ate it all without regret, and I promise I'm not unhealthy or fat

sorry I haven't posted in a while. I haven't made the best choices the past 2 months but now I'm ready to go back to healthy eating because that's how I always feel best. i have started focusing on strong and healthy versus skinny and I feel so much better and I'm already making better choices. I have eliminated dairy and gluten 100% now that the holidays are over and I feel so much better! love you guys โค๏ธโค๏ธ

there's no filter that will make this picture of my dinner look less gross but I promise it was aaamazzing!
seafood "stew" with scallops, shrimp, and salmon in a garlic and white wine "stew sautรฉe" with spinach and steamed veggies on the side. Didn't eat the rice because it was white rice and also I wasn't very hungry
