Quinoa Salad: 3 grated carrots, 1 grated beet, 1/4 cup finely chopped fennel, 8 finely chopped mushrooms, a handful of cashews crushed, 1 cup cooked quinoa, chopped onion and garlic, and large handful parsley chopped. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice apple cider vinegar and turmeric. Top with cubed roasted vegetables like beets, sweet potatoes and yucca! #eatclean

The essentials to a perfect green shake: 2 Giant handfuls of greens (kale or spinach are our faves), 1/4 or 1/2 avocado, 1/2 a banana, 1 small cucumber (those cute baby ones), water or almond milk. Blend blend blend. And drink up that glass of health! #eatclean #drinkyourgreens

The Eat-Clean Egg McMuffin!
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare a muffin tin with coconut oil
3. Take any sort of ingredients you want with your eggs. *We used leftover sauteed kale, onion, tomato and ground tempeh.
4. Add a little sea salt and black pepper or your other favorite seasonings.
5. Scramble your ingredients with your eggs and pour about 1/2 cup scoop into your muffin tin. *We used four eggs here which made 6 egg muffins in total.
6. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes (until the eggs are cooked through). These make for a great breakfast, snack or salad topper!

And... Skies the limit! You can use whatever ingredients, leftover or not.

Quick & Easy Morning Scramble: 6 cups spinach sautéed with coconut oil & sun-dried tomatoes topped with 2 scrambled eggs (or whites) & a sprinkle of freshly ground #seasalt & pepper. #eatclean #cleaneating

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup: Start by sautéing leeks & carrots over medium heat with #evoo, then add chicken & broth. Bring to a boil & reduce to a simmer. Add brown rice noodles & spinach. Top with freshly ground pepper & sea salt. #eatclean #nutritioninabowl
