PROUD TO ANNOUNCE OUR TWO GIVEAWAY WINNERS!
GARY - Guess I’ll start by saying I was always heavier, but being 6’5” I hid it well, so I thought. My heaviest I was around 350. After my dad passed from cancer in 2014 I decided I didn’t wanna be that fat anymore and started working out more seriously and “meal prepping” myself. Worked well for about a year til I got in a rut and bored. Picture on left was right after my daughter was born 8 weeks early, so between working full time career, small side business, gym time as well as daily hospital visits for over a month I realized time wasn’t my friend anymore and my wife suggested to give Eat Clean Bro a try. At the time we would have to pick up food from the side door at Nonnas. To be honest I was skeptical for the first couple months, but the luxury of not having to shop, cook, and spend time prepping was key for me at the time. Most importantly in my case ECB taught me portion control and that good for you food can taste amazing as well. Once our daughter came home ecb was basically a life saver. Now nearly 3 years later, at 35, I am proud to be in the best shape of my life, weigh the lowest, around 220-225, I have since high school, and still order food weekly. Both myself and my wife, As well as my almost 3 year old still enjoy the food as well as watching the company grow into what it has, all while remaining true to those who support. Amazing props to Jamie and crew. Skies literally the limit with that company.
MARIE- I’ve been FAT MY WHOLE LIFE! Now from 350 LBS I’m weighing 150. It’s been a very long and hard road of work since 2013. I got pregnant after I lost the weight and told myself I won’t go back to that place, I gave birth; healed and got right back to taking care of me! I am now almost back to my pre pregnancy weight but would like to lose 20 more lbs. I didn’t lose weight to be skinny, I lost weight to be HEALTHY! This transformation hasn’t been easy but it has DEFINITELY been worth it. I’ve got a WHOLE new life ❤️ 4 years, 200 lbs, and my level of happiness are the three differences between pictures. Years of hard work, and clean eating helped me be a healthier, stronger, and happier me.
