Hooked on egg coffee 🙌🏼 It’s all kinds of light and creamy with condensed milk, egg yolk, sugar and Robusta coffee.

Even at the height of monsoon season the ancient town of Hội An was a must. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for being such a well-preserved Southeast Asian trading post from the 16th and 17th centuries.

Banh can might be one of the greatest things I’ve ever eaten. Mini rice pancakes are cooked in these piping hot ancient ceramic molds. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft with a quail egg cracked right in the middle. You dunk them in this tangy and sweet dipping sauce that’s made with lime juice, fish sauce, chili, garlic, shredded mango, scallion and crispy shallots. I legit went back to the same place three days in a row.

My dream of rolling around in a lavender field came true today and it was pretty magical🌞

This is Cha Cha. She now spends her days eating corn, bananas and watermelon in between the swimming, mud baths, butt scratching and cuddling, all thanks to the Elephant Nature Park sanctuary. 😇

I took a full-day course with @thaifarmcookingschool and it was one of the best days. We learned how to navigate the local market, make our own curry paste and curry, tom yum soup, spring rolls with sweet chili sauce and mango sticky rice using ingredients right there on the family farm. Chef Wass was one of the friendliest humans I’ve ever met.

Khao soi (with Burmese roots) might be my favorite northern Thai dish so far. It’s a smoky coconut curry soup with egg noodles, dried chilli, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger and shallot that’s topped with deep fried noodles, lime and pickled cabbage. See ya in a minute, ramen.

Chiang Mai’s crown jewel - Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. You’ll have to make your way up the mountain and climb 300+ steps, but the golden temple was worth it.

Egg tarts, red bean buns and curry donuts. Dream breakfast right here. 🙌🏻
