Okay, guys. I wanna show you my progress because I've been genuinely motivated and happy with myself lately (which is a feeling I've never felt in my life before). Working out has made me a happier and more confident person! Today I looked in the mirror after my class at @barrysbootcamp (which I attend 5 days a week) and saw some ab definition!! This only motivates me to continue to pursue this new active and healthy lifestyle. I've learned that anything is possible as long as you commit yourself, stay consistent, and just be patient with your body. We will get there. 💪🏽🏃❤️2 months in! Let's get it!

I've been training at @barrysbootcamp for the past 2 months and the biggest change I've felt has been that I feel STRONGER 💪🏽. My current goal is to stay consistent and build muscle. Off to class I go!
