The last couple of months have been a whirlwind of busy-ness, deadlines, family commitments, work, and on and off illness, but I can say that it's all been worth it.
In fact, when I look back to the same time from last year, I was definitely struggling with a lot more. So I'm thankful that my happiness with life has generally improved.
Pole has definitely been one of the key elements of my life that has kept it all together, from the community to the sport and art itself.
It's not often that you find a song that is perfect for your style, and this is one of them. This is an improvement on the routine I performed at @uclpolefitness members and friends showcase, one of my most complex and favourite routines so far. And it's all about vulnerability and connection.
Spinny combo inspired by one of my favourite polers since I started, @marioncrampe 😍 I learnt the first part of it from her at @mountain_pole_camp (which I will post about soon, now that I'm finally able to breathe 😬), and I love the combo so much - it's so elegant and beautiful 💞
I can't wait to see what the pole life has in store for me next!
P.S. The FULL ROUTINE is in the link in my bio! 😉
