Operation grow the chesticles. Chest has always been a weaker point for me, and is often times overlooked in training. I've made an effort to focus on training chest at least once a week. Today's workout was deceivingly hard.

- 10 dips - 20 bench presses @55% body weight
- 20 diamond push ups - 30 bench presses @45% body weight - 30 push-ups.

I scaled the percentages down a bit, they were previously set at 75%,55%,&35%
