When I first met Jasmine Greene, she came in as raindrops.
I was the awkward musician, and she was the high school queen.
The only things we had in common were our music and our loneliness.
Something in her eyes told me her smile wasn’t always the truth.
Something in her voice gave me a hope I always wished to find.
And in a flash, she was gone.
Years later, she was standing in front of me on a street in New Orleans.
She was different, but so was I. Life made us colder. Harder. Isolated.
Even though we were different, the broken pieces of me recognized the sadness in her.
Now she was back, and I wouldn’t make the mistake of letting her go again.
When I first met Jasmine Greene, she came in as raindrops.
When we met again, I became her darkest storm.

We got to meet @bertkreischer tonight! His comedy show is fucking amazing y’all! *This is my husbands excited face.

“He’s dictating my heartbeat, governing my pulse, holding my next breath cupped in his hands.” ——— I got my beautiful GRIP candle in the mail yesterday! It’s so pretty I don’t want to burn it! I added two photos of the candle detail. So good!

I love a Vi Keeland cover reveal! Sex, not Love releases on January 15! -
My relationship with Hunter Delucia started backwards.
We met at a wedding—him sitting on the groom’s side, me sitting on the bride’s. Stealing glances at each other throughout the night, there was no denying an intense, mutual attraction.
I caught the bouquet; he caught the garter. Hunter held me tightly while we danced and suggested we explore the chemistry sparking between us. His blunt, dirty mouth should’ve turned me off. But for some crazy reason, it had the opposite effect on me.
We ended up back in my hotel room. The next morning, I headed home to New York leaving him behind in California with the wrong number.
I thought about him often, but after my last relationship, I’d sworn off of charming, cocky, gorgeous-as-sin men. A year later, Hunter and I met again at the birth of our friends’ baby. Our attraction hadn't dulled one bit. After a whirlwind trip, he demanded a real phone number this time. So I left him with my mother’s—she could scare away any man with her talks of babies and marriage—and flew back home.
I’d thought it was funny, until the following week when he rang the bell at Mom’s house for Sunday night dinner. The crazy, gorgeous man had won over my mother and taken an eight-week assignment in my city. He proposed we spend that time screwing each other out of our systems.
Eight weeks of mind-blowing sex with no strings attached? What did I have to lose?
Nothing, I thought.
It’s just sex, not love.
But you know what they say about the best laid plans…

I finally got the time to look though this awesome book! The Museum of Broken Relationships is a collection of trinkets, notes, etc., love notes and the stories behind them. So intriguing and even sad at times. This awesome book releases on Tuesday!
————- A postcard from a childhood sweetheart. A wedding dress sealed in a jar. A roll of undeveloped film. An axe used to chop an ex-lover's furniture in a fit of rage. A wind-up toy, a bar of bath soap, a tin of Love Potion with the simple caption "Doesn't work." These objects, and many more, make up the whimsical, imaginative, poignant population of the Museum of Broken Relationships.
Started by two former lovers who wanted a way to commemorate their relationship even after it ended, who couldn’t bear to simply throw away the objects that had once meant so much, the Museum of Broken Relationship has captured hearts and imaginations around the globe since its founding in 2010. Anonymous submissions have poured in by the thousands: objects with brief, compelling captions confessing to the story behind their meaning. The museum’s Croatian exhibit quickly became a main draw for tourists from around the globe, and has garnered enthusiastic, glowing media attention from sources as disparate as the New York Times and the Chinese national news. Now, as the physical museum arrives for a permanent spot in Los Angeles, the authors have collected the best, funniest, most heartwarming and heartrending stories from their huge selection of submissions. Much like the bestselling Postsecret series, this beautiful oversized, four-colored book will offer an irresistible glimpse inside other people’s secret worlds, creating moments of deep human connection. It is a must read for anyone who has ever loved and lost.

One last shot from last night. We are so stoked to get to see Circa and Thrice at The Electric Factory in Philly on Black Friday! It’s my favorite venue ever and why not go to a show when we’re home for the holidays, am I right? Amelia will be singing her little heart out once again. Still reeling from how amazing last nights show was. Truly unforgettable! Thank you again @anthonygreen666 and all of @circasurvive! #CircaSurvive #CircaFam #anthonygreen666 #musicworship #toursgiving

GUYS! She sang every word for Circa’s set. Rode the front rail the whole time. Anthony gave her the mic to sing then gave her a set list. Amelia is completely overwhelmed and overjoyed. Thank you! @circasurvive @anthonygreen666 #circasurvive is the best ever! See you at the Electric Factory! #WorldsOkayestMom #IFuckingDie #MusicWorship #toursgiving

My daughter living the front rail life waiting for @circasurvive and @thrice! Her favorite bands back to back!
