Dr. Oz  This is the official Instagram of Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of "The Dr. Oz Show" and Professor of Surgery at Columbia University.

For the third time in a row, my daughter @daphneoz and I are going head to head at the @daytimeemmys for "best show" and "best host." I want to avoid eating fried Oreos again, so I outsmarted her by betting that whoever loses has to cook the other person a meal - poor Daphne loses either way!

Amazing #OzLunch courtesy of @foodgoddess1. Shrimp, poblano, tomatillo ceviche and sliced watermelon.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy Monday! Don't forget to take a minute and appreciate the beautiful things around you.

Loved spending time with @mrtonyhale at the #ShortyAwards tonight. He attempted to bribe me for the award I was presenting but I politely declined.

Was honored to present @el_peego and @nevschulman with the Parenting Award at the 2017 @shortyawards!

Pleasure meeting @shameikmoore from #TheGetDown at the @shortyawards! My current favorite workout mix... #shortyawards

Excited to be on the Teal Carpet at the @shortyawards! Looking forward to a great show! #shortyawards

Looking forward to the @shortyawards tonight! #shortyawards

Love this video of Philo from this week - just a happy little girl playing in puddles. It reveals complete, unbridled joy, but also a deeper message. Philo's comment at the end was quite an indictment of filming the action instead of being the action. She says, "Do you want to jump in the rain and close your phone?” She didn't say "close your phone first and then play," like an adult would, which takes away a pleasure before giving a treat. The deeper message was pretty clear to a 3-year-old. Be in the moment and enjoy the little things. Wishing you a wonderful weekend! (w/ @daphneoz, @lisaoz)
