Catching up on this challenge! Day 3 is a twist and I don’t mind them most of the time except the closed ones are out for a while. The one that gets me is the balance. I usually cheat by leaning on the wall. So there you are - I’m a bad bad yogi with a shallow heart for getting a good snap even if I’m only balancing fo a millisecond.
I love inversions, headstand and handstands mainly but pincha is my nemesis. I can’t find any stability in it. I’m terrified of falling out and breaking an arm in the process. I feel like I’ve been through 10 rounds with Tyson after a couple second hold it exhausts me that much. Maybe I have underdeveloped special muscle in my shoulder somewhere that is my handicap. I’m more like a willow in the wind swaying all over the place than a feather peacock (why is it call that anyway!!!) πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ Day 2 of #FUCKTHATPOSE is a INVERSION and Day 3 is a TWIST
