PROTEIN BIRTHDAY CAKE DONUTS 🤩🥳
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍩 INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup birthday cake @blessedprotein
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 4 tbsp water)
1 tbsp coconut oil
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*frosting is 1/2 scoop bday cake protein + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 4 tbsp almond milk*
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🎂 INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Spray a donut pan with coconut oil spray and add batter. Bake for 20minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Garnish donuts with protein frosting and optional sprinkles.

Instagram is not a real representation of how people look. It’s all angles, poses and going through a 100 photos that look exactly alike to find the best one.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to post the best you, but I think it’s also important to address this from time to time 🤷🏼‍♀️

HOW TO GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE AFTER A HOLIDAY ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Write small, attainable goals for the week - being prepared and actually writing down what you need to do is going to help with the feeling of being overwhelmed. The chances of doing something after you’ve written it down are also much higher.
2. Meal prep a few healthy meals - having healthy food that’s available is going to decrease chances of ordering take out and eating unhealthy. You’re also going to feel a lot better and crush those goals with ease.
3. Workout as soon as you can - exercise is the best tension and stress reliever. It boosts physical and mental energy and enhances your mood through the release of endorphins. So even if you don’t feel like it, just do it.
