I still don't understand it when people say they don't know what to do because they don't have gym membership. U don't need that to be fit. Use what u got at home to get your body right.

Do first workout 30 SEC Then move to next one do 30 SEC. Then 3rd same And 4th do 30 sec also. Then go back to the first video. And repeat it to the 4th. Do this 4 times. DO THE SAME FOR THE NEXT 4 VIDEOS.
And same for the last 4.
There is app call interval app. To help u set 30 sec time 16. So each 30 sec there will be a bell to tell u to change the workout. Do each 4 set will give u 16 sets.
