Things we’ve done:
➡️ simple exercise routine, 1x/week with me 3-4 on his own with weights and cardio.
➡️ used the 80/20 rule with diet. 80% good 20% not perfect ➡️ consistent effort over long term. It didn’t happen today or yesterday. It was consistent effort for the past 1.5 years.

A little Pre bench Shoulder activation I’ve been doing since tearing a labrum, rotator cuff and separating the ac joint if my left shoulder playing football in college. Great for activation and preventative care.
- band at shoulder level
- row elbows to 90 degree angle
- maintain elbow position, rotate hands over the elbow
- press up and out at 45 degree angel
- repeat exact motion in the eccentric
Key points:
- retract scaps and maintain position
- break each movement up and pause between transitions
- start light and go up
- 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps #competitivewellnessllc .
