Beginning of the year ---> now. ⏰ Found a photo taken in February! There isn't a lot of visual differences between these two photos (even though they are 6 months apart!🙄) But I feel that physically my energy levels have increased. I absolutely LOVE HIIT ❤️which is something I would have never said a few months ago, weights are slowly increasing and going to the gym 5 days a week is not a chore at all. Hoping to tighten up a bit more over the next few months, especially around the core area. Really need to stop discovering good foods because that's my weakness -Pop Tarts is my latest craze 😋 Currently weighing in at 52.9 kilos.
