Ab and cardio day has come around way to soon and I'm not quite sure I'm ready for sprints tomorrow πŸ€”πŸ€” Looking back at photos from a few weeks ago whilst stuffing my face with homemade rocky roads... #icanthelpit #imstilleatingitall

Cardio has been absolutely demolishing my poor little body😰 but I'm secretly loving it😏 increased my cardio to three sessions a week whilst not taking out any of my strength sessions to try and get those baby muscles to shine throughπŸ’ͺ🏼. Winters approaching and I'm ready to put in some serious effort to keep getting stronger πŸ’πŸ»

Leg day got us feeling the burn πŸ”₯
Poor little legs feel absolutely shattered.. no pain no gain though... πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Yesterday I did @meggan_fit_music ab workout she posted the other day and I am definitely feeling it now!!! First ab workout of the week that I got to do as I was sick earlier this week and missed out 😒 but definitely made up for it!
Now to enjoy the weekend and spend it at the beach 😍please nobody make me laugh or sit up.. much appreciated πŸ™ƒ #thepainisreal

Beginning of the year ---> now. ⏰ Found a photo taken in February! There isn't a lot of visual differences between these two photos (even though they are 6 months apart!πŸ™„) But I feel that physically my energy levels have increased. I absolutely LOVE HIIT ❀️which is something I would have never said a few months ago, weights are slowly increasing and going to the gym 5 days a week is not a chore at all. Hoping to tighten up a bit more over the next few months, especially around the core area. Really need to stop discovering good foods because that's my weakness -Pop Tarts is my latest craze πŸ˜‹ Currently weighing in at 52.9 kilos.

Tonight's snacks! Yogurt, kiwi and frozen berries with a side of my fav popcorn! πŸ˜‹ I've been trying to track my food during the week just to see how much I eat and if there are any positive changes I can make. Very surprised I had room for this treat after a steak and wine lunch with work 🍷And all practically within my macros!! Tracking my meals has made me notice that I LOVE carbs a little too much, but who doesn't?! πŸ˜‚

Another Monday.. another leg day 😍
Leg day is secretly my favourite day.. my legs are my strongest so I love love working them πŸ˜ŒπŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ always feel like I've done a super good workout which is such a plus for a Monday 😁

Rainy Saturdays call for chill Saturdays 😴 what's the point in going out and getting absolutely soaked when you can chill and eat lots and lots of food on cheat day 😍😍 First week back at the gym is complete βœ”οΈ time to thoroughly enjoy the weekend chilling out ready for next week 😌
Also I may be slightly obsessed with my lulu lemons.... they are just to comfy... 😍

Finally caved and brought some lulu aligns which arrived in the post today 😝 and they were definitely worth the money! Super soft and so high waisted which I love!!!!! Nothing better than a pair of high waisted workout leggings 😍
I can see this is going to be an expensive thing to keep up.. what have I let myself in for #noturningbacknow

We've both been buying new gym clothes lately - And I think grey must be our favourite colour! 😍 New clothes helps keep the motivation levels high as of course we want to wear them and show off our new purchases! Plus going to the gym 5+ days a week means we need a different outfit each day right?! βœ… My latest buys were from @myproteinuk and I absolutely love them all. (6 items to be exact πŸ˜‡) Legs were worked hard today as we managed to do our usual routine in a super speedy manner. So excited for Friday now πŸ™Œ

I always find if you take the time to properly look you can pick up some super good bargains.
Completely underestimated these leggings and feared they would be see-through but not at all!!!! πŸ™…πŸ» and they are also so so comfy!!!! Super super impressed- perfect for leg day 😍
I think I may have a slight addiction/ problem with buying gym clothes.. beginning to take up my whole wardrobe!! Anybody else have this problem?!?! πŸ™„

Ab and HIIT day got us feeling real good 😁
Smashed our ab workout and then finished with our HIIT routine on the treadmill which we both haven't done properly in two weeks and didn't it BURN!
Think we both secretly love getting a good sweat on and I don't think anyone can deny that it doesn't feel so so good πŸ’ͺ🏼
Day two of being completely back on track and we are LOVING it πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜…
