Peggy and Jean Bascal Buronfosse, Marcus, Chardonnay 2015

Chardonnay from the Jura. Peggy and Jean Bascal with the aid of their family manually harvest the grapes in the village of Rotalier for this superb Chardonnay. Raised under a veil of Flor for nine months this Chardonnay will catch you by surprise with its pronounced notes of almond, brine, saline and whispers of orchard fruit and citrus.

Haywire `Freeform' Sauvignon Blanc, 2016
Okanagan Crush Pad is owned by Christine and Steve Lornie. A husband and wife team they purchased the land in 2005 and by 2011 had a full state of the winery. The vineyard is certified organic. Fermented in stainless steel using native yeasts, the skin stay in contact with the juice for 9 months. A wine that is alive and ever evolving in the bottle and in your glass. Fresh notes of straw, mineral notes and flint overlap notes of orchard and citrus fruits with an integrated tannic structure. A vibrant acidity creates a beautiful balance.
