I truly wish everyone can see what this lifestyle can do for their body and mental wellness. Here I am 200 lbs solid and strong AF, thanks to plants. My mind and the very infinite energy occupying my body is also elevated and one with the universe. I feel and sense many vibrations like never before. Double tap and comment below if you feel good about eating plant-based. I know I do. - Dom 🌱✌🏽🐘

Nothing fancy. Spent my evening lifting until failure. Over 30 combined supersets with over 300 reps or so. I lost count. Anybody else smash the gym today? I’m heading back now to get quick 5 mile run in.

To the wonderful ladies following me still eating meat, please make the connection and consider going vegan. You are too cute to be eating animals. Real talk. Besides, vegans taste better. 😋😉

A few years ago I posted this very image above to raise awareness surrounding the conflict between elephants and humans. I am sharing this image again because not many people truly understand my previous video post and the history of what many elephants experience as babies and adults in closed controlled environments ran by evil men for entertainment purposes. In the image above, the men are intentionally “breaking the spirit” of the baby elephant. This standard practice is the “training” process most work or entertainment elephants have endured in some capacity. Yeah, process this image for second. Look at it.. now think long and hard about it. It’s heartbreaking to see this baby elephant beaten into submission. Please understand there is no such thing as 'good tourist operations' that offer elephant riding or entertainment. This is what you are supporting when you visit these places, such as the one the Smiths visited in the previous video post. Please do not support this industry and please educate those who choose to visit these places. They mislead you with false advertisement, believing it is okay and fine to ride or sit on an elephant. These majestic animals deserve to be in the wild, not in captivity to entertain tourist. - Dom ✌🏽🌱🐘

@jadapinkettsmith: I have nothing but respect and admiration for what you and @willsmith are doing with your positive influence, energy and messages on social media. I truly do. You both seem like genuine, open-minded people, so I have no doubt in my mind that this open message would not be viewed as a diss but as a respectful call to action to simply do better and be mindful of what all of us in this world choose to support and post to our network and large online communities. With that being said, many people (maybe including yourself) are not aware of the harm they are causing or supporting when visiting facilities where wildlife is detained and used for entertainment. Perhaps you didn’t know this, but in recent years elephant calves have been captured in Africa and sent to zoos and safaris in China and the UAE. I have no doubt in my mind the elephant you are sitting on in this video has been a victim of similar circumstances. One of the men or “caretakers” in the background of this video is clearly holding a bullhook. This tool was created for one purpose and one purpose only and that’s to control and force an elephant to perform tricks that are unnatural or not associated with their behavior displayed in the wild. This is also not a sanctuary you are visiting and, even if it was, caretakers would not have bullhooks and would not allow you get this close to a wild animal, let alone sit on one. Also, this African elephant does not belong in Dubai where this was filmed. He/she belongs in one of the many savanna zones or rainforests in Africa, not in a facility or location entertaining high-profile guests. In summary, the beautiful gentle giant you had the pleasure of meeting could use your help, not for your personal entertainment but for the education you can provide surrounding the daily conflict between humans and elephants which includes kidnapping, exploiting, and poaching. - Dom ✌🏽🌱🐘

I haven’t done one of these in a very long time, but many of you have asked me to share more memories and I don’t mind. I’m actually flattered many of you care to see a few “throw backs” of me when I was a kid growing up in Chicago. So, here is a #TBT pic. I have the same eyes as you can see, except I was 4 years old in this picture with my members only jacket and full of life.

They told me she would only live until she was 6 years old because she was born with an enlarged heart and a collapsing trachea, which is common in small breeds. I can’t tell you how many nights I cried when I thought I was going to lose this little girl. Well, fast forward to now, she is 12 and thriving because I switched her diet 7 years ago. I didn’t want to rely on “experts” recommending heavy meds or a risky unfavorable surgery. Instead, I chose an holistic approach and changed her diet from meat to plant-based. It has helped in so many ways. She is full of energy. She also looks like she is 2 years old and she still loves to run, fetch and play. Her vertical jump is still very impressive, especially when she wants me to pick her up and hold her in my arms. Honestly, weight management and proper nutrition has saved her life. Dogs are omnivores and can thrive well on plant-based diets. I feed her my own special homemade vegan formula I mix with the vegan formula from @halopets. It’s fortified and packed with clean plant protein, aminos, nutrients and more. Their formula also has no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, rice, corn, soy or wheat gluten. If you love your little one like I love the hell out of mine, seriously consider transitioning them into a plant-based diet because the dog food industry like the “pet” industry is scary AF and unethical in many ways I will be discussing in a later post. - Dom ✌🏽🌱🐘

Have I lost muscle or size? Living in and out of a suitcase while traveling on the road for work has its pros and cons. I have sustained this busy “road warrior” lifestyle for some years now, but since I transitioned out of corporate america completely and into the position of a full-time social entrepreneur and activist, my work travel schedule has increased by 50%. First, the cons: limited options for healthy food, irregular sleep patterns, maintaining a consistent training schedule, and not having a real personal life. There is more to the list but you get the point. I have become selfish with my energy and time, carved out for the animals, raising awareness and my work and public service initiatives that will have a positive impact on the world. I’m real excited about what I have planned for you all next year so stay tuned. These things take time and come first. Well, my fur-daughter actually comes first before anything to be honest. 🐶. Now the pros: I have met people and their families with incredible inspiring stories from all backgrounds that have inspired me in my journey. I have formed meaningful relationships with legit organizations and people that actually care about real change. I have also met some amazing animals, rescued from so many terrible situations but now living in their “forever homes”. I have discovered new trails and spaces, in remote and public places in small and large cities, all that have improved my mental and physical development and clarity. The pro list actually far outweighs the con list so I’m not complaining at all. Regardless, with the demanding schedule I have, I haven’t withered away or lost any “gains” while traveling and working hard. In fact, your boy gained about 10 solid pounds of additional muscle in the last 2 weeks. Some may view the additional weight as good and some may view it as bad. I view it as a productive healthy life and a testimony that you can thrive, be strong and manage a busy schedule all while eating plant-based. No excuse. None. You got this. More gains to come and more dope projects to launch. Let’s get it. - Dom 💪🏽✌🏽🌱🐘

Now this is my type of gym. Loud music, heavy iron and good vibes all around me. Yeah, I can dig it and it’s one of the reasons I love visiting south Florida. Most of the gyms here understand this concept. Anyways, clip is of me doing the Arnold dumbbell (shoulder) press, nice and easy. What are you all training today? Comment below. .

There are so many “diets” within the vegan community. So many. It’s getting to the point where omnivores are getting turned off to our community because of the confusion of the branding and marketing terms vegan influencers use for these diets and because many vegans are demonizing alternative meats and plant-based products, as well as oils and supplements. Yeah, I’m primary “raw” and “eat clean” for the most part, and I do agree a whole plant-based diet is certainly the best option for optimum health, but I’m also a realist and I know not every omnivore prefers to eat completely whole plant-based. That’s why it’s important to me to show omnivores worldwide you can eat plant-based in many different ways, from comfort food to raw foods because many of them do still believe a vegan diet only consists of salads, nuts and fruits. Personally, I do enjoy smashing a good old-fashion vegan burger with a vegan “milk” shake every now and then. In summary, no matter what plant-based diet you choose to adopt, I think you are an amazing person for not eating animals. That alone is something you should feel good and proud about. So, don’t worry about the confusion and the “experts”. Eat plants or food sourced from plants and be happy. - Dom ✌🏽🌱🐘
