Progress is progress
Had April and Kris in for session yesterday and they use my online program and pop dorm from #monaghan every few weeks to get coached.
Always challenging them to try new movements and keep things varied, plus they absolutely crushed it with both dropping body fat scores in 8 weeks. April made a 23% reduction and Kris only slightly behind at 22.6% reduction.

If you understand the movement then it's easy to perform because you should have drilled the patterns a thousand times before. If you don't then you'll continue to hurl yourself up, have muscle ups one day and the next you won't.

Over double body weight deadlift or a decent level of mobility as shown here by front splits?
We train our clients to develop BOTH strength AND mobility.
I think it's incredibly disappointing for people to push themselves or their coaches pushing them to ever increasing strength numbers at the expense of their mobility.
