Tuesday training tip: never skip your sunscreen, even when the temps are cooler. I'm rocking about 3 different shades of skin currently, but I always cover every exposed inch - especially since I have a family history of skin cancer. Tuesday training tip #2: your skin is your largest organ. Common sense tells us we wouldn't rub chemicals directly on our heart or lungs, so why do we do it to our skin? Look for mineral sunscreens that form a natural barrier from the sun without harmful chemicals. ☀️☀️☀️
