As a side note, Instagram pretty.much just shows off the good things, and I'm not exactly sure how to show the struggles but I thought I'd mention that today was a tough one mentally. Started off well but the stress of pharmacy licensing exams and world's coming up, and especially struggling with a couple of severe low blood sugars followed by crazy glucose spikes in the past couple days has been a lot to deal with. From yesterday- deadlifts 445lbs/202.5kg for a triple and bench 190lbs/86kg x4
Super happy with those because the bench is 8lbs below my pb and the deadlift triple is 0.5kg above the current world record. Also a couple volume PRs too

Today's all over the place workout: 308lb/140kgx2 high bar pause squats and then some tire flips with the 500lb one. Also benched some long pause singles. Bench triples of 185lbs and deadlift triples of 427lbs from early this morning. Deadlifts felt rough, but it was a really bad day for diabetes so I'll chalk up completing both lifts as a win.
