We've got secret stalks dropping in all locations TODAY. Until June 6, we’re going asparagus-rogue. Our chefs are getting TWO crates each of these beautiful spears from @sheppardfarmsnj, and are creating recipes on the fly. Things you’ll ~possibly~ see: Char, lots of it; handmade ricotta flatbreads (?!); a drizzly farm egg. That’s all we know, the rest is up to them. @Monroegscott al fresco in Central Park is our lunch break muse: Greens on greens with a special guest appearance from our old friend spring. 🌞 (Just know how much restraint it took to not make a bad Friends Central Perk joke, ala 90s Chandler.)

Throwback to our recent Wild Things dinner: a VIP feast celebrating sustainable seafood with our friends @sea2table. Our chefs started the meal with a giant seafood tower, before layering eggs, rice, and wild salmon into a traditional Russian coulibiac with lemongrass hollandaise and fennel. Golden hour @alewifefarm. Fresh carrots running through the root washer—a neat contraption designed to remove their first layers of dirt.
