One more from Lanzarote (spread on a double page this month on @24ilmagazine).
Famara beach is one of the most popular spot on the island for surfers. The touristic relevance of Lanzarote is connected to the four natural elements: air, water, earth and fire. Thus, many people visit the island to practice sports related to the natural resources, such as surfing, windsurfing, paragliding, sailing, and so on.
Lanzarote is the only entire island in the world to have the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, since 1993. The easternmost of the Canary Islands is also one of the most successful examples of sustainable tourism.
