I did a lot of stretching and core work. These are very simple to do and are great for core stabilizing & guess what.. You can do these at home too! LolπŸ”₯ πŸ’₯
Having a stronger core usually helps relieve some back pain and helps prevent injury as well.
Not always the case when you have imbalances that develop and you have no control over like Mehh but I'm working on it ; ) .

πŸ’™πŸŽ§ The past few months have been a little rough to be honest. My back started causing me a lot of pain that some days were unbearable.🚫

There were days when I would come home from work and cry bc I was in so much pain and frustrated at the same time.😏
A few of the factors that may be causing a lot of pain are sacrilization (congenital) along with vertebrae hypertrophy & the list goes on!

Howeverrrr, I am feeling a little better and I'm getting treatment(Physical Therapy)! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ I'm not going to stop working on myself and figuring out what works best for my back! I'll be back feeling 100% before you know it πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‹. Plus, I am excited for the New Year and motivated to start getting back into the groove of things!

My PT had me do a similar exercise to the first one but I modified it bc I didn't have a resistant band. These gliding reverse lunges are great for core stabilization and really help activate the #abs and booty. πŸ’ͺ

Using a bosu can help increase core stabilization and is great for improving balance. : ) You should try it out!

This morning I started out my day with a Protein shake bc last night I went out and had some delicious foods. Lol πŸ‘€

This is what I added to my yummy protein shake: - 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Ripe banana
- 1/2 Thrive Lifestyle Mix - 1 scoop chocolate organic protein powder. - A few dashes of Cinnamon powder.
