👉🏼A new super-charged, uptempo hour with D! Group Training designed in a "pyramid" format of timed interval movements that increase in duration → 20-second, 30, 45 to 60. Following a rest period, a cardio round will rev your heartrate before the movement is repeated in the same "pyramid," this time in decreasing intervals. rev*d strength is about the quality of movement in each timed interval, not the number of reps completed. Each compound movement will require mental focus and will result in the muscle fatigue that you've come to expect (and love) at D*FIT.
