This pink breakfast jar consisted of:
-raspberry ginger bircher muesli (recipe for my book)
- fresh berries
- lemon chia pudding
- blueberry nicecream
- berries and hempseed

5-minute Vegan Raspberry Ripple & Choc-Chip Yogurt😍
500 ml of your favourite unsweetened plant-based yogurt (non-active culture)
1.5 scoops probiotic powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
100 ml smashed raspberries with a squeeze of lemon
1 tbsp rice malt/maple syrup
1.5 tbsp #chia seeds
2 squares chopped 85-90% dark chocolate
Fresh raspberries
Freeze dried raspberry crumbs
In a small saucepan combine 100 ml berries, syrup, lemon juice + chia seeds. Warm through then set to the side.
Mix yogurt, probiotic powder and vanilla. Add chopped chocolate. Spoon into glass, alternating jam/ yogurt. Eat πŸ˜‹
