๐Ÿ…Light Dinner anyone๐Ÿ…?
Made this iced gazpacho, which is a bit different from the classic spanish one:
best italian tomatoes, red bell pepper, fennel, mild apple onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ice cubes, salt and fennel seeds. So easyโค๏ธ!

Green smoothie ๐ŸŒฑ

Blend 2 tablespoons of coyo with a heap of baby spinach, a dash of peppermint essence and just enough plant milk to get that blending (I used coconut + almond). Once the spinach is completely blended, add 3 frozen bananas and blend until smooth. As always, make sure your bananas are super ripe so itโ€™s sweet enough โ˜บ๏ธ Optional but recommended: chop your favourite vegan chocolate and add at the end, blending for just long enough for it to be distributed throughout.

๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Take your favorite water, store bought or filtered, I used #magnesium #mineralized water and add a few tablespoons organic #chiaseeds and a purรฉe of fresh #raspberries and #limejuice
BAM and there you have raspberry lime chia fresca getting you hydrated and energized until lunch๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ plus it's delicious!

Mixed berry + banana smoothie! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“ this was yesterday's breakfast! Another one from my ebook but basically you just blend up frozen bananas-strawberries-blueberries-pineapple and enough water for blending! (Handful of greens if you have a high speed blender is always ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป)

Mango,Coconut and Turmeric Smoothies๐Ÿ’›

Recipe๐Ÿ‘‡
Makes Aprox 1 1/2 Ltrs

4 C Coconut Milk
2 Frozen Mango cheeks
2 Frozen Bananas
1 Tbls melted Coconut oil
Aprox 3/4" Fresh Turmeric (peeled and finely grated)
Good Pinch Turmeric powder
Good sprinkle of ground Black pepper

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and combine till smooth and creamy!

Strawberry, Raspberry Vanilla & Maca Layered Smoothie ๐Ÿ“ ๐Ÿ“ ๐Ÿ“. For the vanilla layer, just blended up frozen banana with coconut yoghurt and vanilla powder. For the berry layer, blended frozen strawbs, raspberries, maca powder and a dash of coconut yoghurt โค

Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1-2 tsp golden flax seeds
1/2 banana
a piece of lemon with zest
small bunch of parsley
1 cup plant milk (almond, oat, walnut)
Blend well until smooth.
