Last day to our eclair special (but not the last eclair for the day) at @fauchon_paris is starting with this "Rainbow eclair" made with pistachio cream and raspberry cream and a whole lot of color! Shoes by @flossy.style

I'm still not over the Hokusai eclair but it's time to move on to our next jewel from @fauchon_paris and this time it's the "eclair fruits noirs jasmin" made with crémeux of black fruits (cassis and blueberries) black fruit compote and jasmin tea ganache. Shoes by @slack_shoemakers

This is one of my favorite eclairs from @fauchon_paris and chef @francoisdaubinet as it was one of the first eclairs on @desserted_in_paris the "eclair Hokusai" made with Madagascar bourbon vanilla and salted butter mousseline cream. Shoes by @maians

Moving on to our next contestant on this eclair Beauty pageant, courtesy of @fauchon_paris and this time it's a pink "eclair Dragée rose" it is made with an almond crémeux perfumed with rose. A "Dragée" is an almond coated in colored sugar and is a very common candy in France and the base and inspiration For this eclair. Shoes by @arama_shoes

Another day full of our @fauchon_paris eclair special week is here! And today on this Friday morning we try the "eclair rum Baba" made with Madagascar vanilla cream infused with citrus peels, baba rum balls soaked with dark rum syrup and vanilla chantilly. Shoes by @zara

Here we go again! 4th eclair on the @fauchon_paris eclair week special, in the shop until the 25.9 and this time it's the "eclair framboise Violette" made with raspberry compote, raspberry crémeux and whipped vanilla and Violet ganache! Shoes by @hm and @versace_official

Here we go again! And this time at @fauchon_paris I'm trying the "Mona Lisa Joconde eclair" made with almond and chocolate cream with dark chocolate shell. But I can't eat it when she keeps looking at me! Shoes by @schmooveshoes

Oh man oh man, tomorrow we are starting a 5 day special of 10 éclairs of of the 30 you can find this week in @fauchon_paris in their eclair week special, these will be my absolute favorites out of the variety! Here's a creation I can just not take my eyes off, this raspberry dome shaped tart also named "tarte framboise estragon" from patisserie and chef @yanncouvreur made with a sablé base, almond cream, tarragon cream, raspberry confit and fresh raspberries. Shoes by @bobbies

Today I'm happy to present the creation of yours truly, the "Banane Tonka Praliné" made with a base of hazelnut sablé, Praliné light mousse, toasted hazelnut in Praliné, banana tonka crémeux and caramelized bananas. Now doesn't that sound like the perfect combination? Shoes by @arama_shoes
