Well there’s nothing healthier than an apple for breakfast, specially if that apple is a cake. Made by chefs @jeremydelval and @boucher.nicolas at @dalloyauparis, this is “la Pomme” made with a base of sablé breton, Granny Smith Apple & lime crémeux, apple jelly, almond & cinnamon cream and fresh apple. Visiting one of my all time favorite spots at the Bastille area @lenotre headed by chef @guykrenzer to try this “schuss aux poires et noisettes” made with hazelnut Praliné, joconde biscuit, cheese mousse, crunchy sablé, caramelized pears, hazelnuts, chantilly and nougatine pieces. And yes, it’s as good as it sounds. Shoes by @caulaincourtparis

The sun is out today and it’s a great opportunity to go visit @fauchon_paris headed by chef @francoisdaubinet and try the new fig-cassis Macarons. And they are as good as they look! Shoes by @holidots

It’s a rainy day in Paris and I’m off to @foucade_paris To try their “Citronnée” made with a gluten free sablé base, 3 lemons cream (lemon, lime & yuzu) confit of lemon and fresh zest. Shoes by @mo_moustache

What better way to end this week than with Macarons! And not just any macaron, but the “Venus” Macarons by @pierrehermeofficial @ph_carrement_chocolat made with rose & quince ganache. Shoes by @bobbies

Today is a good day to go and visit @dalloyauparis headed by chefs @jeremydelval and @boucher.nicolas and try their new creation, the “euphorie” made with Chocolat pecan crunch, brownie with pecan pieces, Chocolat mousse, 62% chocolate crémeux, pecan Praliné and vanilla caramel. Shoes by @mo_moustache

Back at @boulangerieutopie to try Erwan & Sebastien’s new creation. And this time it’s the “Le cheesecake yuzu” made with almond hazelnut pressed sablé, yuzu crémeux and cheesecake mousse. Shoes by @montlimart

Wow another @salonduchocolat special went by so fast! A big Thank you to all the participants bringing us this joy in a box. the countdown to salon du Chocolat 2019 has begun!

This is a goodbye to this years @salonduchocolat and where better to say goodbye than the @vincent_guerlais stand where I got my pink rush with flower tablet milk chocolate filled with Gianduja ganache and hazelnuts crunch, p’tit beurre chocolaté, milk, dark and caramel filled with a crunchy sable and hazelnut cream and guerlingots chocolates filled with different kinds of Praliné. All the way from far Japan, today in the @salonduchocolat I visit @salon_de_royal_kyoto to try this absolutely mesmerizing chocolate box with flavors like fig, anise, Black beans, blue tea, orlive, kyozakura, Tarte tatin and one small Eiffel tower. 4th day at the @salonduchocolat takes is to visit chocolatier @pochonpascal and try one of his magnificent chocolates with different flavors like anise, orange caramel, cardamome, safran and violet. Shoes by @caulaincourtparis
