Well I don’t know how your day started but I had this spectacular “Tarte au chocolat coco” by chef @nicolashaelewyn at @karamel_paris_officiel made with a base of chocolate pâte sucré, coconut soft caramel and dark chocolate ganache topped with chocolate shavings. Shoes by @bobbies

Following our visit to the @ritzparis tea time, we visit again for a last chance this week to try the “Tarte fraises au sucre” by chef @francoisperretpatisserie made with a tart dough base, almond strawberry cream, strawberry confiture, fresh strawberries covered in strawberry confit and topped with sour cream. Another weekend is here, and this time it’s an extra hot one, just another great reason to go chill with this amazing millefeuille by chef @francoisperretpatisserie at hotel @ritzparis made with a base of crunchy and caramelized puff pastry (feuilletage) a bourbon vanilla light cream, caramel and pecan core, milk chocolate disk and caramelized pecans. Good morning “eclair pêche verveine” over at @fauchon_paris headed by chef @francoisdaubinet this pink treat is made with a base of pâte à choux, verbena panna cotta cream, peach compote and peach fondant. And it is as fresh tasting as it sounds! Shoes by @georgeetgeorges

Today is a very special day because not only we will try this “Roulé fraises” but also you will be able to see the whole process of making it on the stories! Made by chef @maxime.frederic at @fsparis this beauty is made with almond vanilla biscuit, lemon & mint chantilly, strawberry rhubarb confit, strawberry glaçage and fresh strawberries. I woke up today with that macaron craving at the tips of my fingers so I headed out to @pierrehermeofficial @ph_carrement_chocolat to try the extremely orange Macarons “Jardin de Toléde” made with apricot and saffron cream. Shoes by @heschungofficial

I know you are probably drooling like me over this cake because it just looks so delicious! Made by chef @pascalhainigue at @burgundy_paris this is “cake chocolat cacahuètes” made with chocolate and vanilla cake base, covered in dark chocolate with peanut pieces and topped with chewy vanilla caramels and caramelized peanuts.
