In 2013, I could only read three paragraphs of a book before falling asleep. Now I can read for five hours straight. It's still me! I am the same person as I used to be back then. The only difference is the way I eat, sleep and exercise.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Commit to this positive change, and you will be surprised at how much you will be able to do.

This type of thinking though is hugely detrimental to your mental health in the long run. You will start feeling disconnected from the world around you, and that can lead to depression and isolation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Practicing empathy is the best way to feel part of a bigger unit. When you put yourself in other people's shoes, you start realizing how everyone has so much going on in their lives.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our issues are not as unique and different as we'd like to think.

You get the point, the more you elevate the idea of getting proper rest, the more you will look forward to it!

It's up to you to stay in control and lead by example. After a few weeks of practice, you'll notice that those who overreact are not doing it consciously.

Cutting your credit cards is a last resort (even because you could still use it for online purchases)! 😆 Building credit is important but what’s more important is getting your spending habits under control first.

Also, are you always eating out? If that’s the case, consider cutting down... if you are struggling, it’s so much easier when you stock up your fridge with good food. If you don’t prepare your meals before hand, you will be more inclined to order pizza or go to a restaurant.
.
Believe it or not, once you start seeing your savings account grow, it can be fun to “collect” money. Once you adopt this new state of mind, you won’t ever be broke again.
