From yesterday's killer session, I pressed myself so hard that I got dizzy after almost each set..πŸ™‰ Anyway, I finished with this one just for fun but it was REALLY hard to find the balance when I was shaking so much πŸ˜‚ But I noticed it helped a lot with a pre-check where you want to hold your hand, so do that first before you starting the set πŸ™ŒπŸΌ The exercise is for core and glutes πŸ‘

Someone once said " Don't call it a dream, call it a plan ". I liked that. ✨ ( Thank you sooooo much for all the positive feedback on the before-after picture ❀️ )
