5,5,5 minute AMRAPs with a 2:1 work to rest ratio. .
Resume each interval where you finished the previous. .
5 Hang squat clean and jerk (70% of max squat clean and jerk)
1 MU with three dips with turn-out
5 Deadlift (75% max)

Joining mums Jaquie Pack and Caley Reece, the panel will comprise Physiotherapist Lucia Tennant (Formotion Physio), Nutritionist and mother of three Melissa Lichocik (Perth Sports Nutrition), Exercise Physiologist Dan Williams (Range of Motion) and Coaches, Trainers and Mums Denae Brown (Range of Motion) and Dina Sokol (Range of Motion). The panel will be answering your questions on all things pregnancy, exercise and nutrition.
