Simple and very achievable for any fitness level.
35 sec on 35 sec off x 12 rounds (or till form permits) beginner scale accordingly!!.

10 rope whips + max amount of burpees in remainder time (my average was 8)
Passive recovery for remainder of time body weight squats.
