You don't have to be a triathlete, you don't have to be a runner, you don't have to do anything organized with hundreds of thousands of other people on any given day.
BUT, you do have to be like Jen. Tap to Find Out.. "My name is Jen. I am a full time teacher and mom of two. Even though life can be extremely busy it is very important to me to make time for the gym. #Health and #fitness have become a big part of my daily #routine but it hasn’t always been that way. Before children I would rarely work out and not be concerned about eating. When I became pregnant with my daughter I gained almost 70lbs. After I gave birth I was close to 200lbs. I was unhappy and even more concerning unhealthy. I knew I had to make a #change. I was hoping for a quick fix but quickly found out that nothing was going to work except #hardwork and #dedication. When my daughter was two I made the decision to hit the gym and change my eating habits. I haven’t stopped since. She is now 11. The gym is a place where I can go for some much needed “me time”. After my #workouts I feel like I am a #better version of myself. I make the #gym a #priority because I feel I have to take care of myself so I’m able to take care of the people in my life who count on me. I can honestly say making the #choice to #change was the best #decision I have made." .

If you are a parent/athlete you hold Godly powers. You are superhuman. You are the example of what is possible for your children in this world.
Believe in them. Support them. Clear a path. Always tell them, "it's gonna be alright," even though you have no idea how it's going to turn out.
Sometimes, you have to put YOUR workout on hold, NOT schedule that race, and throttle back your personal schedule to SHOW YOUR CHILDREN THEY MATTER. Sometimes you have to grab them by the hand and say, "LET'S GO, WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER!" Believe it or not, it will make you a better athlete. Because you'll show up to a starting line at another race on another day, and you'll look to the Gods and they'll know you're doing what really matters in this world. It's a sense of gratitude and light. It's what counts.

There is #noexcuse. The following is 100% true story from David Moore, Executive Director Mental Health Services Inspira Health....who was 456lbs. -I weighed 465 pound
-I was taking blood pressure and cholesterol reducing medicine.
-I was experience ankle and knee aches.
-I had to record my out of office greeting three times due to audible wheezing at rest.
-I knew that I was on a short and scary path without change.

I HAD HAD ENOUGH. Here's how I changed my life: -On July 1, 2016 I walked around 2 blocks in my neighborhood.
-2 blocks turned into 4 blocks.
-I started to go on weekend hikes around ponds or in the mountains.
-I started to jog at a slow sustainable pace
-I #committed myself to 10 hours of physical activity per week.
-After a year I was jogging 5 miles.
-Last summer I added sit ups and upper body exercises using resistant bands. -I stopped weighing myself and really began enjoying my physical fitness activities.
-Last month I ran back to back 10 mile runs. -I now wake up at 4 AM eager to do my 2 hour work out.
-I have more #energy and I actually like to shop for clothes.
-I do not have to take any medications. -I have no wheezing, no joint pain. -My blood pressure and cholesterol is normal. -Flying coach is now a joy, the seat belt fits and people are happy to sit next to me.
-My family, friends and colleagues have been beyond #supportive of my efforts. -I naturally increase my physical activity time in response to a big night out. -I am truly and permanently in #control of my weight and #fitness. -
-My #energy and #effectiveness #improved in every aspect of #mylife. "I am #blessed!
