Quick bench workout for you to try 😎💪🏽:
A. Bulgarian Split Squat x 20-25 (per leg)
B. Push Up x 12-15
C. Reverse Push Up x 12-15
D. Russian Twists x 20-25
C. Scissors x 20-25
.
Repeat the whole sequence for 3-4 rounds
.
I love doing this bench workout circuit anytime I go to the park for some yoga or after a nice run - let me know how you go 😎💪🏽

Tired of always eating the same meals?

Take millet, for example. Few people know about this amazing gluten-free grain option. It's rich in fibers, proteins, calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium 💪🏽

But I find that this couldn't be further from the truth! As a matter of fact, it wasn't until I decided to incorporate more whole foods into my diet that I started to eat MORE decadent treats (like this one) without feeling an ounce of guilt 😌

FOOD ✨ What is your relationship like with eating ?
.
Growing up, I used to feel so ashamed about the fact that I loved to eat so much. People would make fun of me and tell me that I talked about food all the time & got way too excited about it 🙄
.
Now looking back, I realize how silly these comments were. What's so bad about loving to eat, anyways? What's so wrong about enjoying one of the greatest pleasures this beautiful planet has to offer us all? In my opinion, nothing!
.
Because I was tired of all these snarky comments, I started to dim my excitement & love for food. That was until I became a nutritionist & discovered a whole other aspect to food: its healing & deeply nourishing effects on our bodies, our minds & our souls...
.
This re-ignited my passion for food even more & today anyone who knows me, knows how much I love to eat. Its one of the things I look forward to the most in my daily routine, when I travel, when I visit family, when I get together with friends... Food is amazing because not only is it essential for our survival but it is also important for our health & well-being! To me, if you love life & love yourself, you cannot NOT love food 😏
.
So if you're a foodie like me, I want to tell you that there is nothing wrong with you 😌 & I also want to remind you that:
"People who love to eat are always the best people" - Julia Child
.
So don't be so afraid of eating & please let there be joy the next time you sit down to eat 😉
.
