Creamy mushrooms with stir fried spring onion, paprika and turmeric tofu on toast with avocado. Fifteen minutes, really easy and so yum. Fab for a speedy Sunday night or as part of brunch. The full video just went on our YouTube channel, you’ll get a new video there every Sunday at six and you’ll need the below to get cooking... For the Creamy Mushrooms -200g mushrooms - 1/2 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic - sprinkling of dried oregano
- sprinkling of dried thyme - 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt (I used coyo) - Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
For the tofu
- 1 white onion - 2 cloves of garlic - a handful of spring onions
- 1 fresh chilli - 1 tablespoon of tamari - 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of smoky paprika - 1 block of firm tofu - Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Mango, cucumber, avocado, toasted hazelnuts and fresh chilli ready to be mixed with red pepper, quinoa and a sesame, tahini and cider vinegar dressing 🤗 Super easy and so good. Recipe on the new app update for you all 🙌🏻

Chickpea, chilli and chive pancakes ✨ Five minute lunch of a busy but beautiful Friday 💥 All you need is some gram (chickpea) flour, water, chives, chilli, lemon and salt and it literally takes 5 mins from start to finish. Just chop the chilli and chive, whisk the flour with the water, squeeze the lemon in add the salt, chilli and chives then heat a pan, pour the mix in and let it cook for about 2 mins on each side. Ok so the Deliciously Ella podcast is coming, next question is what shall we call it and what are your first questions for us? I was so blown away by your response to the idea today and cannot wait to start recording now. The first episode will be just the two of us and I’d love the questions to come from you guys so please share anything and everything below and I’ll write them all down and any ideas for a name would be a dream. The plan is for it to discuss everything from building our business to behind the scenes, health, wellness, stress, mental health and everything in between and we’ll bring lots of guests on for us all to learn from.
