It's really sweet to have people guiding u around based on how they comprehend a certain subject but here I'm genuinely not looking for anyone's opinion on how my body should look! If I should gain or lose! However I look today, is what I have worked really hard for (trust me it took me a lot to reach here, achieve my body goals) and nobody other than myself knows how 'MY' body should be looking.
Another thing I wanted to share is
I Do Not Starve Myself!! I never did and I never will! Infact I have always promoted clean and Frequent eating,
(All my girlies know that I suggest them to eat every couple of hours as it revs up the metabolism and helps in losing fat)
I really need people to stop assuming that I deprive myself of anything!
Just because I opt for healthier options does not mean I'm being harsh on myself and depriving myself of something! I do have my cheat days, I like to cheat on my diet by eating more meals (than required) and not by eating junk!
Guess it's personal choice!
Just like someone wouldn't have a kale juice on a night out (coz it's healthy, and they're out to have a good time 🙄) similarly someone like me wouldn't prefer processed, high on sugar/sodium, unwholesome food even on a night out (coz i don't crave it and it doesn't add to my well being)☹️ .
Having said all this ( I'm sure a lot of you wouldn't agree with me), there's a popular saying:
TO EACH HIS OWN!! One has the full right to his personal preferences!! Let's save eachother the time discussing the same thing repeatedly and respect eachother's decisions!
