Dave Theune  Dunk everything

Cedar Grove. Milwaukee. Los Angeles.

Schwartz Bakery. Est. 1954. Los Angeles, CA (Fairfax District). I wish every bakery looked like the oldest kosher bakery in L.A. Also, I'm much happier than I look, but I wouldn't say I'm ecstatic. #theunetourstinstletown

Dodger Stadium. Est. 1962. Los Angeles, CA (Chavez Ravine). One of the five oldest stadiums in Major League Baseball. It's easy on the eyes. Everyone did yoga during the 7th inning stretch. Very L.A. #theunetourstinstletown

Last night, Tall & Strong lost @the_wrangle belt to Varmint (@timmysharp @mcgurked @wakeupwithjacob ). The Dufflebag Boyz (@bonesadrian & @heytimchang ) also put on a tight set. The two people in the audience (Lynn & Michael) witnessed a heck of a show at 11pm on a Sunday in the entertainment capital of the 🌎.

Can't find my car.

Highland Park Bowl. Est. 1927. Los Angeles, CA (Highland Park). After a huge restoration, this place looks fantastic (especially the forest mural on the wall behind the lanes) & has it all: Great bowling, great pizza, & a great birthday boy (@mrmattnewell ). Link to the place in bio. #theunetourstinstletown

And those Hollywood nights, in those Hollywood hills...🎶

Had a great time watching my friend Tom Clark crush his stand-up special! This man has been making me laugh for 16 years. #clarkspecial

#tbt to yesterday and the birthday girl! If you're in LA, ya gotta go to the Tam O'Shanter! If you're somewhere else, ya gotta go to an outlet mall! Great deals!

Casey and I made a 12-minute short called KARAOKE KING. It's premiering at Grauman's Chinese Theatre (what I call the internet) on Monday (5/1). Now If you'll excuse me, I have to call Time Warner. My Grauman's Chinese Theatre is slow.

The nimble @joehartzler is like a mountain goat up here. Great at climbing up & down & eating tin cans.

The Holiday Bowl. Est. 1958. Los Angeles, CA (Crenshaw). Link to an article about the place in bio. Now a shopping area, "The Holiday Bowl was a bowling alley on Crenshaw Boulevard. It was founded in 1958 by five Japanese-Americans & was a significant part of the rebuilding process of the Nikkei community after internment during World War II. The owners of the Holiday Bowl sold shares throughout the community in order to finance its construction. The Holiday Bowl was important in the desegregation of Los Angeles & served an Anglo American, African American, & Japanese American clientele. The coffee shop served grits, udon, chow mein, & hamburgers. The Bowl operated four decades, & was a cultural, architectural, & recreational feature for the Crenshaw district "as the Hollywood Bowl has for the Hollywood Hills"." -WIKIPEDIA Only the Googie-architecture coffee shop remains (now a Starbucks), designed by the Armet & Davis Architecture, a leader in the style. I got a small passion fruit tea. #theunetourstinstletown
