Ready for the Friday workout? I've been working on my posture lately. Sitting at a desk in a car, etc. has been killing my lower back. I've researched and found thru the Gokhale method that if you engage your gluetus medis, this will help your lower back into a more correct position. This muscle can be felt by lifting your leg behind you, and when brining it back down, keeping that muscle engaged. Focusing on this muscle firing even when sitting may work wonders on your back aching. It's also helps take pressure off the knees. Even if you don't have back pain, using this queue when walking, lifting, running and sitting will improve your performance and back health.
