One Arm Lat Pulldown.
I am doing this exercise kneeling on the floor rather than sitting on the seat, as i find it increases the ROM and hits the lats more efficiently. (Just my preference)

Single arm exercises are great for developing symmetrical strength and size, and should always be included in your routine to some extent.

Cable Seated Row with medium grip. This slightly wider grip than the usual Seated Row, and I find it better for hitting my lats and rhomboids 💪

Seated rows are one of my favourite exercises to compliment heavy compound back exercises.
