These last days in Greece, in the refugee camp, has been so moving and important to experience. I've learned that I have to do more research in general before I stick with an opinion that wasn't even my own in the first place.
I've had preconceived ideas about the refugee crisis and the poor people, who's lifes has been totally wrecked.
First of all. They're just like us, teachers, carpenters, store owners, high educated middle-class people and they don't want to be in Europe. They miss their homes, life's, jobs, loved ones - EVERYTHING! Their family members have been killed, they've got nothing and now they're all considered to be a problem that no one wants to attend, stuck between people who wants to murder them and a world who's given them the back.
The people I met in the camp couldn't have survived if it wasn't for different NGOs (non governmental organisations)
like @109world @armando_aid and @theworldwidetribe #doyourpart and all the volunteers who shed love and light.
So why am I writing this?
I would like you to feel for your fellow humans❤️ Money is always needed so that these NGOs can help out with education, school material, food and everything else that's needed to survive in the camps.
If you got time and want to feel needed somewhere and fill your life with another purpose, there's sooo many kids that need your attention and love. Just send an email to @armando_aid or @theworldwidetribe and they'll be happy to help. ------------⭐️------------
In my next post I'm going to tell you about two amazing and inspiring siblings who quit their jobs to fully dedicate their life's to make a difference. Their mission is to highlight the humanity behind world issues, inspire global community and leave a legacy of positive social change. ❤️ @theworldwidetribe
Thank you @109world for opening my eyes ❤️🙏
